OFFICERS OF MS ENERGY SERVICES

Allen Neel – President & CEO

Mr. Neel has been President & CEO of MS Energy Services since August 2004. Mr. Neel was with Warrior Energy Services (formerly Black Warrior Wireline Corp.) from 1990 until August 2004. Mr. Neel held management positions including Vice President — Operations for Black Warrior Drilling and Completions, Vice President of Black Warrior Mideast, Vice President of Black Warrior Wireline Corp. and most recently Executive Vice President and Secretary of Black Warrior Wireline Corp. Prior to joining Black Warrior he was a District Manager for Graves Well Drilling. Mr. Neel began his career with Halliburton Services. He received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alabama in 1981.

Paul Culbreth – Vice President & COO

Mr. Culbreth has been Vice President of MS Energy Services since August 2004. Mr. Culbreth was with the Multi-Shot Division of Warrior Energy Services (formerly known as Black Warrior Wireline Corp.) from 2000 until August 2004 where he was the Vice President of Operations. From 1998 until 2000 he was a founder and owner of Houston Directional Services. Mr. Culbreth was with Phoenix Drilling Services and its predecessors from 1987 until 1998 where he held various operations and management positions, most recently Vice President of Operations. He began his career with Ocean Drilling and Exploration Company where he worked from 1977 until 1987.

Ron Whitter – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Whitter has been Chief Financial Officer of MS Energy Services since 2007. Ron is a Certified Public Accountant with a 24 year financial career in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining MS Energy Services, Mr. Whitter served as Chief Accounting Officer of Stewart & Stevenson LLC, an oil and gas equipment manufacturing company based in Houston, Texas. Before joining Stewart & Stevenson, Mr. Whitter served as Chief Financial Officer of Warrior Energy Services, a publicly traded oilfield service company. Mr. Whitter has also held various other financial and accounting positions with Oil States Industries, Norfolk Energy and Transco Energy.

David Stuart – Vice President - Mpact Downhole Motors

Mr. Stuart has been General Manager of Mpact Downhole Motors since 2008. David has over 23 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, primarily involved with directional drilling, drilling motors and artificial lift systems. Prior to joining Mpact, David served as Global Sales Manager for Robbins & Myers, Inc. With over 16 years at R&M, Mr. Stuart also held various management positions including Director of Marketing, Product Manager – Artificial Lift Systems, and Product Manager – Drilling Systems. David has also served as Business Development Manager for Baker Hughes – Centrilift and Operations Manager for Black Warrior Wireline Corp. (formerly Graves Well Drilling). Mr. Stuart began his career as a Field Service Engineer with Schlumberger. He received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Alabama, and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
