DIRECTORS OF MS ENERGY SERVICESRon Nixon – Chairman Mr. Nixon has been Chairman of MS Energy Services since 2004, and is a principal at The Catalyst Group, Inc., having co-founded Catalyst in 1990. Catalyst has managed nine funds over a 19 year history and has invested in over 75 companies in the private and public sector. Ron has operating experience in manufacturing, distribution and service businesses in mid-market companies, including numerous energy service companies. Mr. Nixon holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Ron serves on the boards of numerous privately held corporations, the Board of LHC Group, Inc. (a NASDAQ-listed company), and various civic boards.
Allen Neel – President & CEO Mr. Neel has been President & CEO of MS Energy Services since August 2004. Mr. Neel was with Warrior Energy Services (formerly Black Warrior Wireline Corp.) from 1990 until August 2004. Mr. Neel held management positions including Vice President — Operations for Black Warrior Drilling and Completions, Vice President of Black Warrior Mideast, Vice President of Black Warrior Wireline Corp. and most recently Executive Vice President and Secretary of Black Warrior Wireline Corp. Prior to joining Black Warrior he was a District Manager for Graves Well Drilling. Mr. Neel began his career with Halliburton Services. He received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alabama in 1981.
Bill Zartler Mr. Zartler is a Managing Partner of Denham Capital Management LP, responsible for the firm’s Energy Infrastructure Group. He brings 22 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining Denham Capital, Bill was an active entrepreneur and founder of Solaris Energy Services. Previously, he held the roles of Senior Vice President and General Manager at Dynegy Inc. and Feedstock Trading Manager and Business Analyst at Dow Hydrocarbons and Resources. Bill received a Bachelor of Science of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, and he completed the Stanford Business School Executive Program.
Tony Fiore Mr. Fiore is the Associate General Counsel of Denham Capital Management LP. Tony started his career in 1994 as a Foreign Legal Consultant at Noriega y Escobedo, A.C. (Mexico City). From 1997 to 2001, he was an associate in the U.S. Banking, Finance and Major Projects Practice Group of Baker & McKenzie (Houston), where he focused on mid-stream oil & gas development projects in Latin America. From 2001 through 2005, he practiced at Andrews Kurth LLP (Houston), with focus on power, wind and LNG. Subsequently, and until joining Denham Capital, Tony was Counsel at Norway-based Aker Solutions, where he provided legal counsel in connection with the engineering and construction of LNG receiving terminals, mining, metals and mid-stream oil & gas projects globally. He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
Robert Vilyus Mr. Vilyus is Chief Executive Officer of Greene's Energy Group. He joined Greene's in 2004 in conjunction with Catalyst/Hall’s purchase of the majority membership interest in the company. Mr. Vilyus has held numerous leadership positions within the energy services industry. Prior to joining Greene's he served as president and CEO of PII North America, president of Weatherford Compression and president of Gemoco. Mr. Vilyus holds a Bachelor of Science degree. |
